I met Janey Bass a few years ago when I walked into her boutique in Delray Beach. I was thrilled about it because I thought it was the coolest shop in town. The next time I was there she told me she was getting back into Real Estate, I was disappointed that my favorite store was closing but we have had a continuing relationship since then. Janey sold a home I had in Boynton Beach, It was a rental property that was causing me stress because I lived in CT and couldn’t manage it, she sold it for me quicker than I thought it would go and for a fair price as well. At the time I’m writing this Janey and I found a townhouse overlooking a canal between Delray and Boca Raton, lovely view of the water and the perfect fit for me, we got in there fast and secured the sale, I have to add that Janey has been a huge help to me with some of my deliveries etc, she has jumped out of bed to meet a truck that was delivering on the wrong day, this is agreeable to anyone who is making a second home purchase, you really need the help. I will add one more positive attribute about Janey, she has a good eye and a sense for design, I can’t imagine having any other realtor.
